The Plaza South Residents’ Club is a group of men and women from Plaza South defining the Condo as a community. The goal of the Residents’ Club is to bring varied activities to Plaza South, thus enabling individuals to pick and choose activities that will enhance their community experience. The Club has sponsored various activities, and each was chaired by a Resident Club member(s). Some of these events are: Meet ‘N’ Greet Breakfast, Museum Tour with Luncheon and Transportation, Pool Deck Barbecue, Theater and Dinner with Transportation, Lecture Series, regularly held Happy Hours hosted by Plaza South residents, Lounge Barbecue, Pot Luck Supper, Holiday Luncheon, New Year’s Eve Lounge Dinner. Plans for 2012 include the continuation of previous activities and new events as suggested by residents who are willing to host them.

Membership is $20 and Family Membership is $30. Membership begins the first of the year.

The Club welcomes the support of the Condo Community through club membership, participation in the offered activities, and through the suggestions and implementation of current and new activities.
